With a proven track record in financial services and capital markets, he will spearhead strategic planning and relationship-building efforts, further strengthening Madison Capital Markets' connections with independent broker-dealers, wirehouse financial advisors and registered investment advisors.

Shore brings over two decades of leadership experience from prominent financial institutions, including his most recent role as Managing Director of Apollo Global Securities and Senior Vice President of Griffin Capital Corporation. Before that, Shore held significant leadership roles, including Senior Vice President at Cole Capital Corporation, where he was responsible for raising capital through independent broker-dealers in the South Central region. Shore has also served as Regional Vice President at American Legacy and held key positions at Transamerica Capital, ING Investment Products, and American Express.
As Executive Vice President, Shore will cultivate relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and enhance brand awareness among broker-dealers for Madison Capital Markets. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses and advanced sales training certifications, positioning him as a dynamic leader in the industry.
